The pure intelligence of essential oils is probably one of the tools that can reach our minds to reach our real potential, raise our frequency to heal our physical and energy body and then help others to heal themselves.

Aromatherapy is an ancient art begun in Egypt 5000 years ago. It is the natural method to care for mind, body and soul using pure essential oils. These oils are extracted from natural botanicals (flowers, trees, herbs, and plants) and are used to calm, balance, and rejuvenate us.

Essential oils contain hundreds of organic constituents, including hormones, vitamins and other natural elements that work on many levels. They are 75 to 100 times more concentrated than the oils in dried herbs.


Essential oils can enter the body through the air via the nose and bronchial passages (inhalation) or can be absorbed through the skin directly into the bloodstream using massage (absorption).

Our sense of smell has the longest recall of all the senses. It affects:

  • Our emotions and memory (the Limbic System)
  • The pituitary regulation (Hypothalamus)
  • The release of hormones and body regulation (Pituitary)
  • Odor identification (Olfactory Cortex)
  • The connection to the Neocortex (Thalamus)
  • The intellectual connection (Neocortex)


Essential oils

- Have the ability in their chemical structure to penetrate the cell wall
- Transport oxygen and nutrients inside that cell,
- Are anti-oxidants, and
- Enhance, support, stimulate, and build the immune system.

- Have antiviral, antibacterial and anti-infectious properties.


This is true whether they are inhaled, or are applied topically.


We can use essential oils to treat a surprising number of ailments.  Although serious conditions should always be treated by a qualified practitioner or by a physician, many common ailments can be relieved safely and effectively at home with aromatherapy.  You may, in fact, soon come to regard essential oils as a vital part of your home first aid kit.



In addition, since the oils work through the brain to act on the emotions, they are very useful too, not only for stress relief, but for anxiety, overwork, stage fright, etc.  Emotional trauma is held in the amygdala gland in the brain, and it has been proven that the only way to access that area is through the sense of smell.  Therefore, many different kinds of emotional blocks can be removed using essential oils - allowing people to move forward and succeed in whatever they want to do.
